NJ has been involved in the healthcare industry since graduating in 1980 as a Certified Medical Assistant. Throughout the course of her career, NJ has worked in many healthcare environments, involved in everything from direct patient care to radiology to insurance.

NJ has a unique ability to transfer the information from the Training University to the many teams she has worked with. Her approachable manner, excellent listening skills and overall intuitive sense of understanding make her an excellent communication and relationship coach.

Vickey has been working in dentistry for over 26 years with over 20 years as a Registered Dental Assistant. While a dental assistant, her office attended the Fortune Management Program and can attest first hand as to the powerful results that are possible as a result of the application of the material.

Vickey has made it her personal mission to see that the material taught in the Leadership Program and the Training University is implemented in the offices we work with. Vickey also knows that when doctors and teams are taken care of, the care they deliver to their patients increases ten-fold.

She has been very active in marketing dental practices and creating fun and unique ways to help more patients be taken care of.
